1. The service

SONIX provides access to an IPTV streaming service. We act as a service provider and do not host, own, or store the underlying content. Availability of specific channels may change over time.

2. Subscriptions & payment

Subscriptions are prepaid for the plan length you select and paid by Interac e-Transfer. Access is activated after payment is confirmed. There is no automatic renewal — you choose to renew.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and for personal viewing, not to resell access unless enrolled in our reseller program, and not to share credentials in a way that violates your plan's connection limits.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, including a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". SONIX is not liable for interruptions caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party networks.
